Terms & Conditions & Internal Rules

By purchasing a ticket and attending Arcana Society at Guan Rooftop, you agree to comply with the following terms and internal regulations:

1. 1. Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final, regardless of personal circumstances or inability to attend.
2. 2. Lost or stolen items are the sole responsibility of each attendee. The organizers and venue management are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
3. 3. Minimum age requirement: Access is strictly limited to guests aged 18 and above. A valid ID may be requested at the entrance.
4. 4. Right of admission reserved. The organizers reserve the right to select and refuse entry to any person who does not align with the event’s standards or policies, even if a valid ticket has been purchased.
5. 5. Entry will be denied to any individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances, regardless of ticket possession.
6. 6. Dress code applies. Guests wearing stained, torn, or otherwise inappropriate clothing will not be allowed entry.
7. 7. Zero tolerance for aggression. Any form of physical or verbal abuse towards guests, staff, or performers will result in immediate removal, permanent blacklisting from all future Arcana Society events, and potential legal action in accordance with Romanian law.
8. 8. Restricted areas. Crossing or entering areas marked as off-limits will lead to immediate escort out of the venue.
9. 9. Personal responsibility. Each attendee is fully responsible for any damages caused — including physical, material, or reputational harm — to the venue, bar, staff, or event organization. All resulting financial liabilities will be borne by the responsible individual.
10. 10. Security and compliance. All attendees must comply with the instructions of the event’s security and staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises.
11. 11. No re-entry policy. Once you leave the venue, re-entry will not be permitted.
12. 12. Photography and video recording. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes related to Arcana Society and its future events.
13. 13. Respect the vibe. This event is built on community, elegance, and respect. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate will not be tolerated.
