You receive it by e-mail, in your Biletin account and in Wallet, with a QR code you scan at the entrance.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, orders are refunded per the organizer policy. Details are shown on each event page.
At the entrance, the QR code from your e-mail, account or Wallet is scanned — no printed ticket needed.
