1. General Terms
1.1. This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to users who access and use the Biletin platform for the purpose of purchasing tickets to events.
1.2. The Biletin platform is a technical solution that facilitates the sale of tickets for events organized by third-party event organizers ("Organizers").
1.3. By accessing the platform, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a ticket, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a) "Biletin Platform" / "Biletin" – the online ticketing platform operated by TICKETIN EU OÜ, providing the technical infrastructure for listing, selling, and electronically delivering event tickets;
b) "Organizer" – the legal entity or authorized individual organizing the event and responsible for its execution;
c) "User" – any person who accesses the platform and/or purchases tickets;
d) "Ticket" – an electronic document issued through the platform granting the right to attend an event.
3. Role of the Biletin Platform
3.1. Biletin is not an event organizer and does not provide the cultural, artistic, entertainment, or other services associated with the events listed on the platform.
3.2. By purchasing a ticket, the User enters into a direct legal relationship with the Organizer of the event, who is solely responsible for the organization of the event and the relationship with attendees.
3.3. Biletin exclusively provides the technical infrastructure necessary for event listings, order processing, ticket delivery, and the communication of information supplied by the Organizer.
4. Ticket Purchases
4.1. Orders placed on the platform are confirmed by email after the payment process has been successfully completed.
4.2. Tickets are delivered electronically and may be presented either in printed form or on a mobile device, in accordance with the Organizer's instructions.
4.3. Admission to the event is granted by scanning the unique code (QR code or similar) displayed on the ticket.
4.4. After initiating payment, the User has a limited period of time to complete the purchase, after which the order may expire automatically.
5. Prices and Payments
5.1. Ticket prices are determined exclusively by the Organizer and are displayed on the platform before the order is completed.
5.2. The platform may separately display ticket issuance and service fees in addition to the ticket price.
5.3. Payments are made using the secure payment methods made available through the platform.
5.4. Biletin facilitates payment processing and ticket delivery but does not act as the seller of the tickets or as a regulated payment service provider.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. The cancellation and refund policy is established by the Organizer and communicated to Users before purchase.
6.2. The purchase of tickets for events is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented under applicable law.
6.3. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or a material change to the event, the Organizer is solely responsible for refunding the ticket price.
6.4. Biletin may technically facilitate the refund process without assuming responsibility for the Organizer's refund decision.
6.5. Ticket issuance, administration, and delivery fees may be non-refundable where this is clearly indicated prior to purchase.
7. Event Changes, Relocations, and Cancellations
7.1. The Organizer may decide to relocate, postpone, or cancel an event for reasons relating to the organization of the event.
7.2. Information regarding such changes will be communicated to Users through the platform, to the extent that it has been provided by the Organizer.
7.3. Biletin is not responsible for decisions made by the Organizer regarding the conduct of the event.
8. Ticket Resale
8.1. Ticket resale may be prohibited or restricted by the Organizer.
8.2. Organizers may cancel tickets that have been resold without authorization and may deny admission to the event.
8.3. Biletin assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased from sources other than the Biletin platform.
9. User Communication
9.1. Communication with Users is primarily conducted by email.
9.2. Response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries received.
10. Technical Protection and Anti-Fraud Measures
10.1. Biletin may implement technical measures to prevent fraud and automated ticket purchases.
10.2. Users blocked by anti-fraud systems are not entitled to compensation for their inability to purchase tickets.
11. Vouchers
11.1. Vouchers may be used in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of issuance.
11.2. Biletin reserves the right to cancel vouchers obtained through fraudulent means.
12. Limited View Seats
12.1. Certain Organizers may offer tickets for seats with limited visibility, which will be clearly identified in the event description.
12.2. The User acknowledges that such tickets do not guarantee an optimal viewing experience and are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by the Organizer or applicable law.
13. Personal Data Protection
13.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
13.2. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy published on the platform.
13.3. By purchasing a ticket, the User understands and agrees that their contact information (including name, email address, and telephone number) may be shared with the event Organizer for the purpose of managing attendance and communicating event-related information.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. Responsibility for the organization and execution of events rests exclusively with the Organizers.
14.2. Biletin shall not be liable for event cancellations, postponements, inaccuracies in event content, or temporary unavailability of the platform.
